As a first-time buyer, I was lucky beyond belief to get the chance to work with Ben. His knowledge of the market and negotiating skills are superb. He quickly grasped exactly what I was looking for, and gave me insight into factors I hadn't fully considered, that were important in evaluating properties. He looked out for my best interests and was extremely responsive, direct and clear in communications. I can't recommend Ben highly enough!
